5 Great Workouts On An Exercise Stepper

for a cheap, easy way to get their workouts, because most of us
don't actually like working out. Sure, we feel virtuous after, but
the actual workout is tedious and annoying. One way to make it
easier is to use an exercise stepper or similar set up.
Exercise steppers are just small
stool-like objects, usually made of plastic, that are meant to
provide a surface for stepping up and down off of. They are the
right size and height for an appropriate workout step and some are
adjustable to make it easier or harder, but many of the exercises
performed on them can also be performed on the bottom stair of a
staircase, if you happen to have one handy.
Exercise steppers are great for toning your buns and thighs, so if
