F1011W Customer Review (5 Stars)

This step is a quality piece of equipment. It is sturdy and strong and can manage a large amount of weight. Also, when you are doing aerobic moves on it, it does not topple over and come apart like other steps that I have used. It also stores easily under a bed or in a closet and thus, does not clutter up your space. In addition to all of this, it is easy on the eyes as it is black and grey in color.

After 2 weeks using it for 4-5 times per week & 45 minutes each time, this unit works great. The squeaking noise was little annoying but it went away after I WD-40ed it. For those of you couldn't figure out how to oil this thing, the cable connectors were creating the squeaking sound. Find the two cable ends & just WD-40 them, the sound should go away.

by Darryl on April 26, 2010 0 Comments

There are many fitness stepper benefits that are guaranteed for everybody who uses one consistently. Unfortunately just owning one, or having a gym membership, in and of itself will not do you much good. But, if you get in the habit, and adhere to a schedule where you will use your stepper, then you can expect to see and feel excellent results.

A stair stepper is another name for a fitness stepper, since it, more or less, mimics the motion and effects of stair climbing. At times that you have found yourself climbing several flights of stairs, you probably have been tempted to rest between floors. That is a hint of what a stepper can do for your workout.

As you know, your heart rate as well as your breathing rate increases from running up even a single flight of stairs. That is the start of a cardiovascular workout of ...
